Net-Marks is a term coined by Todd D. Perlmutter and his wife as the name of their own personal internet domain.

Net-Marks Software and Pyrealware are terms coined by Todd D. Perlmutter, known in the online gaming community as Circeus, as a point of reference for software written and distributed by him and him alone. Use of this term to describe software written by someone other than Todd D. Perlmutter and/or distributed from a site other than should not be trusted.

For purposes of branding, all preceding references to "Pyrealware" or "Pyrealware software" are considered to be superseded by "Net-Marks Software". This holds for any and all references found in software, documentation, etc. on the internet, on a personal computer, or elsewhere in the universe in any digital, printed, or other medium.
