Stateman just posted this in the forums about changes to XP in I5. However, I dont see how that will affect long time players like us.

#1 is likely a marketing decision. 10 is a better level for getting someone hooked than 5 is. And if they're debt free, getting them hooked is easier.
#2 depends on if that's earned debt or if its affecting the ability to work off debt.
