What's the latest best Hover Fly command/bind

After one of the updates I4? my hover/flight bind for Tech Know doesn't work anymore. I take up and go up up up into the sky and I can't fly down.
So being lazy... I mean efficient, I'd thought I'd ask the AOJ Hive mind. I want to be hovering when I'm stopped and flying when I go forward, back, up, etc.

I really just stick to mouse
I really just stick to mouse buttons for movement powers. I don't get too fancy with them.
