I guess Im just starting to finally catch the buzz. Hard to believe that it has been almost a year and a half since the announcement of CoV. After watching the new tour movies, I started getting stoked. Going to pick up my pre-order disk today.

Oh, c'mon that's an easy one. The display case has a revolving door so any Tarsis, Drejak, or Lysus* can just walk right up and take it.

Well... I'm not sure we'll be ready for it on day one.

After all with the new base purchasing schema, there's a good chance we won't even be able to purchase a base. And if you don't have a base there's no point in items of power.

Though I am interested in getting us SG based abilities.

It looks like there will be two parts to base attacks.

You can go to the middle ground (Nirva (sp?) Archipelago, I think) and find missile launch silos and launch them at enemy bases.

And then raids for items of powers.

Items of powers will open up a base for raids, but I still think raids will be optional and schedulable. (as in your item can't get ganked unless you want it to)
