User cleanup for visitors

While we appreciate all visitors to our site.
Users that have not logged in within over a year will be purged.
Please note this does not ( or should not affect) current or former supergroup members.

Note that I already try to go through here every few days and check out new users who have registered.
Generally my theory is that if you register but never visit a page and never post, you don't really need to continue being registered here unless I also happen to know who you are.
