Nonchalant

This has got to be most jaded rent-a-cop I've have ever encounted. I found him after being kidnapped by the Circle of Thorns. The CoT and I, Mastermind Mandy, had a different of opinion about the ownership of a certain tooth. The cop was standing around nonchalant, twirling his nightstick while fire wielding demons, undead spirit lords and laser blazing robots were engaged in battle.
