Away for a bit

Ever since CoV was released, I have had many issues with lag and computer-lock up with my computer. Sometimes I can play for an hour or more without hardly any hitch, other times I am lucky to get 10 minutes.
I know I need to upgrade my computer, it currently only has 640 MB of memory. I already ordered the parts to upgrade it, but I won't get to install them until next Wednesday, so I may drastically limit my time in game until then. So don't think I have met my untimely demise, I'm just waiting to install new memory, CPU, motherboard, and video card.
If it all works out, I will see you all on Wednesday night some time.

Ive been having the same lag issues and I have only 512 mb. Ive been logging in during the day when the server population is low and doesnt cause any lag issues as bad when the server pop is high. So Im looking at getting to sticks of 512 giving me a gig. Probably be January before I can get it. I just hope the price of RAM isnt jacked up because of the Holiday season.
--Did someone say the Stay Puff Marshmallow Man is rampaging in Atlas Park? OMW and I'm bringing the Fire to toast 'im!

It's going to be another week at least before I can get on. I've got the parts, but I have to wait until next Wednesday to get them up and running as I am occasionally without power/cable/water/internet for the next few days with the in-home construction.
Sigh! Oh well, as long as it gets done correctly in the end!
