I got it for Christmas.
Pretty fun. I'll see how long it stays that way.

I have it as well. I don't play very often but without a monthly fee, I don't feel the pressure to. Its a fun game and the graphics are absolutely beautiful. They had a nice event for Christmas and even had snowy weather effects in game (who would've thought)
No subscription :)

You buy the game and can play. No subscription.
I made my wife buy it when it was on sale for $30 or so.
They are supposed to be coming out with expansions, same deal. Buy it and you can play.
