Graphics card question.

I bought a GeForce FX 5500 OC 256MB PCI card today because it was on sell. I'm wondering if this impulse buy will be a noticable improvement over the FX 5200 128MB PCI card I have currently.
I'm looking to opimize(somewhat) the performance I can get with a PCI card, as my current system doesn't have PCI-E or AGP.
Any input would be great, even guesses

The memory on the card will help the most, but there's not tons of difference between those two cards:

You're pretty much maxed out for PCI at this point.
