Busy iRL

No, AG and I haven't forgotten everyone. We haven't technically left the game (cancelled), though that is a consideration. Admittedly, we are suffering some burn out, but that was rejuvenated meeting Fuze and Skylar and their friend here in Austin. Business says "Hi!" He spent last weekend with us.

Since then, our classes have kicked into overdrive. AG is taking 8 hours and working at a relatively new job. I'm taking 6 hours (30 homework assignments due THIS WEEK alone). Class has been consuming a HUUUUUGE amount of time.

What very little free time I have is going to EQ 2 to help with the official guide book. The book deadline is in a couple weeks, so obligations there should end soon. I can't say a lot about it. The good news is: It isn't old-school EQ. The bad news is: It isn't old-school EQ. It is so totally different that old-schoolers may have trouble, but people who have left in disgust may return. All-in-all, I have mixed feelings about it, but probably won't be buying it. (Maybe they should have hired me, ey?)

My grandfather is doing better, though indignant as ever. The family agreed that I was (we all were) spending way too much time caring for him and neglecting my job search. We will be hiring someone to take on the cleaning and administration stuffs, so family can spend quality time with him.

And finally, the best news! I got a job and start on Monday!!!!! I am thrilled and it is exactly what I've been looking for. Needless to say, this will keep me very busy also.

Anyway, I will let you know if we decide to cancel. If you really need the space, you can kick us and we can rejoin later. We don't want to take spots from more active members. Right now, we plan to return...if we ever have time.
