Special items in the DVD version of CoH

Here’s the description of the in-game items (I won’t have screens till next week):
Powerslide
This power forms a frictionless field of energy beneath the user that allows rapid transit while close to the ground.
V.I.P. Badge
There are many kinds of recognition in Paragon City. Receiving this special V.I.P. Badge indicates that you are among the elite. Only those with the highest social graces receive this honor.
Cape of the Four Winds (only available at level 20)
Granted by the Monks from the Order of the Four Winds this translucent cape signifies great strength of spirit. Anyone who receives it has a great destiny ahead of them.

Only if I can hook it to my current account and characters. If not I won't bother. Sounds like powerslide is them taking that broken sliding effect and making it a power.
The badge is one of those things that just irks me. I'm not a big fan of have/have-not situations in MMOs, yet gaming companies seem to love them. Let me ask though... will we get "I existed before the DVD version" badges? No probably not though these make more sense.
