Farewell, Avatars, but not for long!

Well, as I said to Starmaster and Hellstrom tonight, I'm moving on from City of Heroes. I finally unsubbed tonight, after about a month's worth of paying but not playing. I've been playing a lot of World of Warcraft lately, and it really has my full attention right now.
I have every intention of coming back to City of Heroes (certainly over Everquest 2) when some of the new features/updates come into play. I have a level 38 character (pyromaniac) that I do not intend to let go to waste. Hopefully, player housing/supergroup housing will be in before too long. Anyway, like I said, I am sure I will be back to the game eventually. I've been waiting for City of Heroes as long as anyone here (I was also in the second wave of testers selected), and I've been playing CoH pretty much nonstop since January of 2004, and it's getting to be a bit of a grind. So, rather than force it, I'm taking a break.
My character in WoW is named Taltos, and I am on the Earthen Ring server. If that name doesn't register please do try Lilaath, as that is an alt-name of mine. I know for a fact I will see you all soon, hopefully it'll be sooner rather than later! You have all been a fantastic group of people to play CoH with, and I could not ask for a better supergroup. Until we see each other again, farewell, my friends!!!

.... but perhaps you weren't cut out for the hero's life. Maybe Killowatt will resurface as an evil villain in the Avatars of Injustice when COV comes out!

No worries, everyone, I promise I won't be a stranger around here! I love these boards, and I love reading about everyone's adventures (even if I do lurk sometimes, I check at least once every other day). Plus, Herodotus and Circeus provide me with vaults full of comic book information, and I've always had a thing for comic books. Fantasy has been dominant in my life though, I'm a perennial sword and magic fan. Maybe I can upload a pic of my Gnome Warrior as he grows up, he's pretty awesome!
Anyway, I will definately be playing CoH again in the future.

NO FUZE! You can't be tempted by the dark side known as "those other RPG's".....just say no! I speak from experience as I'm am in also EQ & WoW (as well as EQII for a very short time) and it's just too hard to balance all of them!!! For me I am split down the middle...I love Fantasy RPG as much as I do Superhero RPG. I will probably also get City of Villians as well.....just not enough time in a day or enough days in a week to be able to play ALL of them!
I am currently enrolled in a 12 step program myself....just say no to the dark side!

Like Circeus says though, I to prefer the super hero over the fantasy one.
